It may just be that because I have never set up a password that I'm not being pestered to use a complex one with the current Win10 update? I do not keep banking details or passwords to sites such as pay-pal on my machines though. We're not going to assist with weakening Security at a time when Users data and valuable private information is under greater attack than ever. If anything we should be strengthening our passwords.

There is a way to create complex passwords that are still easy to remember. It would take a hacker too much time to pierce that while it would take several seconds to hack a one letter password.

If you insist on trying to weaken Security then make sure you have double backups of everything because we are seeing increasing cases of ransomware here and it is not recoverable without paying, and half the time they take the money and don't give your files back.
